We are an American owned and operated Michigan company operated by Scott Baumgart.  We are a collaborative team of like minded Michigan Real Estate Investors, connected by a network of professionals in all discipline's of MI Real Estate.

Michigan Property Buyers and our network has been actively dealing in distressed, REO, foreclosure, bank owned, discounted, probate and short sale property for nearly 15 years.

Scott Baumgart holds an AA, BA and MBA.  He also has several MI licenses; such as an insurance, property, casualty, life and health, a financial series 6 and 63, and is a Notary. 

Scott began investing in real estate 15 years ago and discovered many secrets to getting good deals through maintaining a strong network of like minded peers and developing strong industry relationships.  Scott has turned this casual hobby into a service business that solves peoples problems.

Scott enjoys helping people get out from under the stress of real estate realated problems.  Further, he helps assist other rela estate professionals move their problem property.
